Software Support Engineer

Shipper is looking for detail oriented and problem solver individuals to join our support engineering team. The ideal candidate will be a detailed oriented person with a knowledge of technical experiences, strong work ethic, and ability to communicate effectively.

Main responsibility:

  • Provide technical support to Shipper Customer Service team by identifying problems, researching solutions, and guiding through corrective steps

  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to incident tickets

  • Logging and keeping records for client’s queries and issues

  • Supporting the company by making continuous improvement in accordance with company's vision and mission



  • Bachelor degree of Information Technology or similar

  • Understanding of SQL (RDBMS) is a must

  • Understanding of Mongodb is a huge plus

  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • Must be comfortable with fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture and the standards and work ethic consistent with this environment
