What You Will do

  • Manage relationships of key accounts (serves as primary contact for the key customers) in sectors (e-Commerce, FMCG, food & beverages, fashion & apparel, natural resources, automotive, chemical & dangerous goods, industrial products, state-owned enterprises)
  • Manage min 10 accounts (10-30 accounts) 
  • Prepare and present business review with the key accounts regularly
  • Understand and map the key accounts’ end-to-end supply chain flow
  • Identify issues and potential risks of our services to respected key accounts
  • Prepare and monitor corrective action & preventive actions (CAPA) for any issues and risks and get internal review with Shipper’s internal operations team
  • Maintaining a healthy upselling pipeline, good contractual performance, proactive thinking and problem solving
  • Develop and maintain strong existing key account relations and loyalty through ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Liaise with other stakeholders inside Shipper (i.e. control tower/customer services, operations excellence, procurement, finance, etc) to ensure service reliability via excellence support and solidify customer relationship to achieve business growth
  • Build revenue stream with current key accounts and evaluate opportunities to increase the relationship through networking, face-to-face visit, online meeting, problem solving and administrative follow-up
  • Uncover opportunities for new business by cultivating leads and utilizing built network
  • Understand and build strong relationships with influential stakeholders within the key accounts organization
  • Maintain a high level of service with existing key accounts and leverage relationships to expand the business
  • Collect relevant customer and market intelligence information for the RFP/RFQ to submit winning bids
  • Supporting the company by making continuous improvement in accordance with company's vision and mission


What are the Requirements

  • BS/MS in any discipline from top local universities or overseas universities
  • At least 3 years of targeted industries/management consulting (working for supply chain projects) experience preferred, other background may be considered 
  • Strong relationships and account management building skills
  • Experience in managing multinational, conglomerate, local enterprise and state-owned enterprise account at corporate level
  • Strong project management skills
  • Previous experience working in a senior key account management role in a similar company
  • Proven track record of generating new business and achieving revenue targets
  • Driver not passengers, high initiative and self motivated
  • Outstanding communication skills with an ability to tailor messages for any audience at hand
  • Experience in managing/ leading at least 7 people (direct report)
